Jamieson’s Calcium + D gummies are a fun and delicious way to meet your daily calcium needs to support healthy bones.
Calcium plays an important role in building and maintaining strong bones. Poor long-term intake of calcium can lead to osteoporosis later in life. Osteoporosis Canada reports that at least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will experience an osteoporotic fracture in their lifetime and 80 percent of fractures in those 50 years of age or older are caused by osteoporosis.
Vitamin D is also essential for the development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth, as it helps the body absorb and use calcium. Vitamin D, along with calcium intake, regular exercise, and a healthy diet, helps lower the risk of osteoporosis.
Jamieson’s Calcium + D gummies deliver 500 mg of calcium and 800 IU of vitamin D3 per serving, the same form of vitamin D that the body naturally produces in sunlight. These great-tasting all-natural cherry, strawberry and orange flavoured gummies are free of aspartame, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
