The B vitamins in this formula may be depleted by: cycloserine, isoniazid, ethionamide, hydralazine, penicillamine, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, estrogen, monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, anti-acne drugs, anti-asthmatic drugs/bronchodilators, anti-hypertensives, anti-pyretics, anti-tuberculosis drugs, anti-ulcer drugs, biguanides, sulfonamides, histamine (H2) blockers, oral contraceptives, salicylates, and proton pump inhibitors. Physical and mental stress can also cause depletion of the B Vitamins.

Supportive Interactions:
The B Vitamins provide nutritional support when taking beta-blockers/nitrates and anti-cholinergic drugs.
